ServiceTitan to Sage 100 Contractor, without re-keying
ServiceTitan runs booking, dispatch and invoicing. Sage 100 Contractor runs the books and job cost. We build a sync that writes customers, jobs and invoices into Sage on a schedule, mapped to your business units, on the same rules as our live Housecall Pro sync.
- Fixed-price build
- Runs on your own server
- The office still posts
ServiceTitan has the jobs. Sage needs them too.
Invoices exported, reshaped and keyed
Completed jobs and invoices leave ServiceTitan as exports or get typed into Sage 100 Contractor by hand, and the business units in one system have to be matched to departments and accounts in the other every time.
Mapped once, then left to run
Business units, job types and tax are mapped once, in your quote. After that, customers, work orders and invoices arrive in Sage on a schedule, and the office reviews and posts, as before.
One way, from ServiceTitan into Sage 100 Contractor
What a build would usually cover. The exact fields are set in your quote, around your own business units, job types, tax and fiscal year.
| In ServiceTitan | Lands in Sage 100 Contractor as | What comes across |
|---|---|---|
| Customer and location | A client in 3-6 Receivable Clients | Name, contact details and billing address, with the service location carried to the work order. A client already in Sage is matched, not created twice. |
| Job and appointments | An unposted work order in 11-2 | Job type, business unit, location address, appointment dates and technicians. Refreshed from ServiceTitan until the office posts it. |
| Invoice | The same 11-2 record, ready to post | Invoice number, every item, tax per line, totals, and invoice and due dates, with business units mapped to your departments and accounts. |
| Payment | A flag on the record | Paid in ServiceTitan? The record says so, with the date and amount, so the office can record the receipt. |
| Timesheets and purchase orders | By scope | Technician hours or purchasing, if your quote includes them. |
Rules the sync follows
- One way, into Sage. ServiceTitan stays the source. Nothing done in Sage is sent back unless your quote says so.
- Never posts for you. Invoices arrive unposted, and the office posts them the same way as one typed by hand.
- Never changes a posted record. Once the office posts it, the sync leaves it alone.
- Safe to re-run. A second pass never creates a duplicate, and lines or notes the office adds are kept.
What goes into a ServiceTitan build
A plan that allows it
ServiceTitan allows customer-built integrations only on some plans. We check yours on the first call, before any quote.
An app you own
You create the app in your own ServiceTitan account and request ServiceTitan's integration environment, a test copy of your account, for us to build in. The integration runs on your server, and its code is handed over to you.
A dedicated SQL login
For your Sage 100 Contractor database, scoped to your company, with a copy of the company to test on first.
Your time to test
Your office tries it on its own jobs and invoices, and every issue found is fixed before go-live.
The same rules as our Housecall Pro sync
A Canadian mechanical contractor has run our Housecall Pro to Sage 100 Contractor sync since September 2026. A ServiceTitan build starts from the same design, fitted to ServiceTitan's API and your own setup.
How the live sync works- About seven weeks from start to go-live on the live build, with a working demo in week three.
- Tested on a copy of the company before anything touched the live books.
- A monitor on the server shows when it last ran, what it handled and any errors, with the record and the reason.
- After go-live, the Integration Care Plan covers fixes when an update or a defect breaks the build.
Questions people ask
Can ServiceTitan connect to Sage 100 Contractor?
Yes, through ServiceTitan's API. ServiceTitan lets customers on some of its plans create their own integration in their account. We build it for you, fitted to your business units, job types and tax; it runs on your server, writes into Sage 100 Contractor on a schedule, and you own its code.
Which ServiceTitan plans allow a customer-built integration?
ServiceTitan's help centre currently lists its The Works and Enterprise Plus packages. We confirm it for your account on the first call, before you pay for anything.
Does the sync write anything back to ServiceTitan?
Not by default. ServiceTitan stays the source and Sage 100 Contractor receives. If you want something sent back, such as marking an invoice as exported, we scope it in the quote.
Can our office still check invoices before they post?
Yes. Every invoice arrives in 11-2 unposted, with its lines, tax and totals filled in. The office posts it the same way as an invoice typed by hand, and once it is posted the sync never touches it again.
How long does a ServiceTitan sync take to build?
Integrations like this usually take three to seven weeks from a signed quote. Our live Housecall Pro sync took about seven weeks from start to go-live, including the client's own testing on a copy of the company.
What does a ServiceTitan to Sage 100 Contractor sync cost?
Integrations and larger automations we have quoted and delivered have run $3,000 to $7,500 to build, in Canadian dollars before tax, plus the Integration Care Plan, typically $125 to $175 a month. Each one gets its own fixed quote after a free call. See typical prices and timelines.
