Every Sage consultant knows the pattern. The ledger is solid, but the field app has no connector, the consolidation feed is assembled by hand, and the approval lives in someone's inbox. The work that fills those gaps is manual, repetitive and expensive.
We started Wolpert Dynamics to close those gaps with software instead of hours. What we build reads from the source, validates before it writes, and is shown to you on your own data before it goes live.

Wolpert Dynamics was founded by Jacob Wolpert. The company pairs hands-on Sage consulting, including Sage Intacct implementation and Sage construction industry certifications, with software engineering. We understand the accounting workflow well enough to know what should be automated, and we write the code that automates it.
We are a small team on purpose. The people on your first call are the people who scope, build and support the work. There is no account manager and no hand-off.

Connecting software to your ledger is a trust decision, so we build for the review before it happens.
- Your environment first. Most of what we build runs on your own server, against your own database, so your data stays where it is.
- Read-only where possible. Integrations read from source systems without writing to them wherever the job allows.
- Nothing goes live unseen. You review the output on your own data before a build is switched on.
- Canadian data residency. Our cloud infrastructure is built on Canadian Azure regions.
