Custom Sage 100 Contractor integrations, at a fixed price
Sage 100 Contractor runs your jobs and your books. The field service app, the payroll provider and the spreadsheet someone fills in every Friday still need a person to carry the data across. We build the integration that does it, quote it before we start, and show it to you on a copy of your company before it goes live.
- Fixed-price quotes
- Runs on your own server
- Previewed on your data
What a Sage 100 Contractor integration costs
Every project gets its own fixed quote, usually within two business days of the first call. These ranges come from the work we have quoted and delivered so far, in Canadian dollars before tax.
$1,500 to $3,000
Usually 1 to 3 weeks
One contained job done by software instead of by hand.
For example: a setup run across users or companies, or a monthly file turned into a clean import.
$3,000 to $7,500
Usually 3 to 7 weeks
Another system kept in step with Sage 100 Contractor on a schedule, with a log.
For example: a field service app writing customers, work orders and invoices into Sage.
$6,000 to $10,000
Estimated 4 to 6 weeks
A screen Sage does not have, sitting beside it and writing back to it.
For example: an approval step before invoices post, or a review-and-post screen for a batch job.
After go-live, the Integration Care Plan, typically $125 to $175 a month, covers fixes when an update or a defect breaks the build. Migrations and data loads are quoted once we have seen a sample of the data.
The systems around Sage 100 Contractor
If a system has an API or produces a file on a schedule, it can usually be connected. These are the jobs we are asked about most.
| System | Direction | What moves |
|---|---|---|
| Field service apps | Into Sage | Customers, jobs as work orders in 11-2, invoices ready to post, and payment status. Housecall Pro is live. Jobber, ServiceTitan and other apps with an API are built to order. |
| Time tracking apps | Into Sage | Hours by employee, job and cost code, ready for the office to review before payroll. |
| Payroll providers | Into Sage | Payroll journal entries coded to your accounts and jobs, balanced before they are written. |
| Estimating and project tools | One way or both | Jobs, cost codes, budgets and change orders, so a job is set up once. |
| Spreadsheets, files and reports | Out of Sage, or back in | Scheduled extracts to Excel, Power BI or a database, and validated imports back into Sage. |
| Your own software | One way or both | For software vendors, a connector your customers can switch on. See how we work with partners and vendors. |
Rules every build follows
- Safe to re-run. A second run never creates a duplicate.
- Leaves posted records alone. Once your office posts a record, a sync does not change it.
- Shows its work. Every run is logged, and anything it could not write comes with the record and the reason.
- Stays on your server. What we install runs under its own dedicated login, scoped to your company.

Free 30-minute call
Show us the manual job. You talk to the person who would build it, and we will say plainly whether it is a build, a setting you already own, or not worth automating.
Fixed-price quote
An itemized scope and one number, usually within two business days of the call. No hourly meter.
Build and preview
We build against a copy of your company. You see what it will write to Sage, on your own data, before it goes live.
Go live, with support
We install it on your server and show your team how it runs. After that, the Integration Care Plan covers fixes when an update or a defect breaks it.
Sage 100 Contractor work starts from the ledger
Sage 100 Contractor keeps your jobs, work orders, clients and costs in a SQL Server database on your own server, with its own fiscal calendar and posting rules. We are Sage-certified consultants who write software, so the build starts from how Sage treats a record.
- Written the way Sage writes it. Records land in the right fiscal year and period from your own calendar.
- Nothing posts without your office. A build prepares the records, and the office reviews and posts them, or posts from a review screen.
- Canadian tax handled. Our live sync carries tax on every line for a Canadian contractor.
- Nothing in the middle. What we install runs on your Sage server and talks to the other system directly, with no spreadsheet or outside hub on the way.
A live build, and how Sage partners use us
Housecall Pro to Sage 100 Contractor
A Canadian mechanical contractor typed every field job into Sage by hand. Now customers, work orders, invoices, technician hours and per-line tax land in Sage 100 Contractor every five minutes, ready for the office to post. About seven weeks from start to go-live.
A development bench for your Sage 100 Contractor clients
When a client needs something Sage does not do, you keep the relationship and we do the build: under your project, by referral, or white label under your brand. A fixed scope and a fixed price you can quote.
Questions people ask
How much does a custom Sage 100 Contractor integration cost?
Each one gets its own fixed quote after a free call. From the work we have quoted and delivered so far, in Canadian dollars before tax, integrations and larger automations have run $3,000 to $7,500 to build, small automations $1,500 to $3,000, and workflow apps have been quoted at $6,000 to $10,000. After go-live, the Integration Care Plan, typically $125 to $175 a month, covers fixes when an update or a defect breaks the build. See typical prices and timelines.
How long does a Sage 100 Contractor integration take?
Integrations usually take three to seven weeks from a signed quote, and small automations one to three. Our live Housecall Pro sync took about seven weeks from start to go-live, including the client's own testing on a copy of the company.
What do you need from us to get started?
For the first call, the manual job and a few sample records. For the build: access to the other system's API, usually a key or an app you approve, a dedicated SQL login for your Sage 100 Contractor database, a copy of your company to test on, and some of your team's time to test before go-live.
Do you work with Canadian companies on Sage 100 Contractor?
Yes. We are based in Toronto, and our live Sage 100 Contractor sync runs for a Canadian contractor, with tax on every line and the company's own fiscal calendar. We also take on work for contractors in the US.
Who owns the code?
Your quote says so in writing before work starts. A build made only for you can be handed over with its source code on final payment. When a build starts from one of our own tools, you get a licence to use it and we keep and maintain the shared code.
What happens when a sync hits an error?
You can see it. Every run is logged. Temporary errors retry on their own, and anything the sync could not write shows on its monitor with the record and the reason. You send us the record and we fix the cause, under the Integration Care Plan.
Can the integration follow us if we move to Sage Intacct later?
We build for Sage Intacct too, and Crossbeam, our migration tool, moves a company from Sage 100 Contractor into Intacct. If a move is on your horizon, tell us on the first call and we will say what would carry over.
